He shared his industrial experience with the students in which he said that, Engineers must know how to allocate suitable work to the suitable person. Further they must have friendly approach with the workers so that the works allotted to them should be completed perfectly within the time. He also explained about the necessity of software skill and communication skill in addition to their high score of marks in the university exam
